Vapor barriers are high strength, puncture resistant membranes and are available in a variety of thicknesses ranging from 6-mils to 21-mils. These systems result very low vapor permeability, preventing moisture, water vapor and soil gases from entering into your building envelope, which helps to protect against mold growth.
